Get in Touch

Lee County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, obtain an official record, or act for a public agency. Direct each request to the office that created the record or holds the person.

Official Lee County Contacts

Choose the contact that matches the kind of record needed. An arresting agency's report and a regional detention record are not necessarily kept by the same office.

A person thought to be in regional detention should be checked through the facility's official inquiry route first. A person looking for a BPD or sheriff incident report should identify the event date, location, agency, and known incident or case number. A case outcome is a court question, and a state-prison result belongs with SCDC rather than the regional detention center.

  • Current or recent regional detention: ask Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center about the facility-held custody or release record.
  • Originating arrest or incident report: contact BPD for a BPD matter, or LCSO Records/Warrants for a sheriff-created record.
  • Court status after booking: use the Lee County Public Index or contact the appropriate Lee County court office.
  • State-prison custody: use the South Carolina Department of Corrections search and records route, which is separate from a local booking inquiry.
